Travel day to Costa Rica Airport - Please fly into Liberia airport -
*** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find a Schoology sign for your transfer to the hotel.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Please enjoy lunch on your own (the resort is ALL INCLUSIVE) but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!
6:30pm: Please join us at Matiss on property for a welcome dinner.
Friday 3/15/2019
Activity Day - Today we will offer 3 individual activities of mid day zip-line tour, spa treatment, or an afternoon catamaran cruise. Please select your activity during registration.
Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on your own for dinner. Please keep in mind the all-inclusive package includes dinner on property.
Remember:
- For those looking to explore off site, keep in mind the town is located 15-20 minutes away from the hotel and taxis can be booked through the concierge.
Saturday 3/16/2019
Today is all yours. Feel free to use the hotels bicycles or paddleboards to explore the Papagayo Bay.
Today we have also rented a cabana for the group by the pool. Just us for some fun in the sun.
7:30-10:30pm: Please join us at Makoko at El Mangroove for our farewell dinner.

- Check out is 12pm, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. Schoology is covering your room and all-inclusive package but any additional incidentals will be your responsibility.
